Responsibilities
- Brew high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Stock inventory and monitor supplies to ensure nothing runs out during peak hours.
- Clean and sanitize equipment daily to ensure food safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
