Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, espresso drinks, and food items according to standard recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive store atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the espresso bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer transactions, handle cash, and balance the register at the end of each shift.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties to keep the store running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Enthusiastic about coffee and eager to learn the art of brewing.
