Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso-based beverages, signature lattes, and specialty coffee drinks
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/tea supplies
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink specials
- Handle cash transactions and daily reconciliation duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista or food service experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality craftsmanship
