Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards across all stations
- Manage inventory and uphold quality control protocols
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and operational procedures
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction and latte art techniques
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
