Responsibilities
- Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages according to our strict recipes and standards.
- Customer Experience: Deliver warm, personalized, and efficient service to every customer, creating a welcoming environment.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist in inventory counts to minimize waste.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
