Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages adhering to recipe standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness including equipment, stations, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management through stock monitoring and supply ordering
- Collaborate in hybrid team meetings for operational improvements and training
- Uphold food safety protocols and sanitation standards consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service or barista experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (70% in-person, 30% remote flexibility)
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
