Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Contribute to inventory management and supply replenishment
- Participate in remote training sessions and digital team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee service experience preferred
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Basic POS system knowledge and cash handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Comfortable with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, scheduling apps)
