Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality
- Maintain immaculate workspace including espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Execute cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and product freshness standards
- Participate in creating seasonal menu innovations and promotions
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in all food handling processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, customer-focused environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking capabilities with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler Certification preferred
