Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to perfection using premium local beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, authentic Hawaiian hospitality
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of station, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to create smooth workflow during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided!
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal work authorization
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn Hawaiian brewing traditions
- Reliable transportation to Waikiki location
