Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee shop environment at all times.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations strictly.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (paid training provided).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
