Role Overview:
As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast-paced service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required due to our paid training program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and customer service excellence.
