Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to our exacting standards.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and making every interaction memorable.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Equipment Mastery: Safely operate espresso machines, blenders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Team Collaboration: Support baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and share knowledge about our beans, origins, and brewing methods to educate customers.
Qualifications
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Prior barista experience is a plus, but paid training is available for motivated learners.
