Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing payments accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista or food service experience
- Proficiency in espresso extraction and milk steaming techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
