Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and equipment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training to refine brewing and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
