As a Barista, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer has a memorable experience with high-quality service and product.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (espresso, latte, tea, cold brew) according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including espresso machines and seating areas.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Engage with customers to answer questions, make recommendations, and resolve any complaints with a smile.
- Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and supplies to ensure the store is fully operational.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Clean and sanitize equipment daily to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and the food service industry.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
