Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries to our guests.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Maintain proper food handling and safety standards.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience is required; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
