Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brew.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and storage.
- Operate espresso machines and Point of Sale (POS) systems with accuracy and speed.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude is more important than prior experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
