Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso, and teas to customer specifications
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale systems efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, equipment, and service areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train everyone!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
