Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and build guest loyalty
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Handle cash transactions and daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Learn and execute seasonal drink promotions
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train everyone!
