Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision
- Engage warmly with customers to create memorable experiences
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Learn and execute daily opening/closing procedures
- Participate in ongoing product training and tastings
