Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately while maintaining efficient order flow during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies, syrups, and consumables
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional coffee preparation experience or equivalent training
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
