Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and energetic store atmosphere
- Continuously expand coffee knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Strong passion for coffee and commitment to quality standards
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
