Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffee drinks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Stock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, pastries) to ensure the store is fully operational throughout the shift.
- Clean equipment and machinery according to brewing standards to ensure quality.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
