Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and pastries with precision and speed.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and adhere to all security policies.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn brewing techniques.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
