Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Greet customers warmly and provide top-tier customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Assist with food preparation and service as required.
- Clean equipment and restock supplies to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
