Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Upsell products and suggest new beverages to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate registers.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience is required; we provide full training!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
