Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and engaging in friendly conversation.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment.
- Cash Management: Handle all point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow baristas and managers to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current menu items, ingredients, and brewing techniques to make informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
