Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the dining area and behind the counter.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and food preparation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
