Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and brewed coffee, according to standard recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and cups to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes is a plus.
