Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and pastries to customers with precision and speed.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and cash handling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
