Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and build lasting relationships to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and performing daily opening/closing procedures.
- Upsell products and promote daily specials to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates with a great attitude.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
