Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a pristine, sanitized work environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle transactions.
- Stock inventory and perform daily opening and closing duties.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and serving areas.
- Engage with customers to learn their preferences and suggest products to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculation.
- Availability to work weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about brewing techniques.
