As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, crafting perfect beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether you are an experienced barista or a complete beginner, we provide the resources and mentorship you need to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, top-notch customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace and equipment to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system with precision.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, recipes, and training protocols during your paid training period.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we offer comprehensive paid training for the right candidates.
- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn the craft of espresso making.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
