Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming smile and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, furniture, and equipment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Train new hires on brewing techniques, menu knowledge, and store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, flavor profiles, and drink recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High energy, friendly demeanor, and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
