Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and pastries according to standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and taking accurate orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment at all times.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups) and ensure the coffee bar is fully operational.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
