Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, according to strict quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems with accuracy and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving any concerns with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including coffee stations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize waste.
- Upsell products and offer recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
