Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and smoothies, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a pristine environment, including the front counter, dining area, and espresso machine, ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment daily to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk texturing, and Latte Art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work in the Honolulu area.
