Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and payments.
- Engage with customers warmly, answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory counts and machine maintenance.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk steaming techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule (availability for weekends and holidays is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
