Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to standard recipes and health codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including machine sanitation and floor maintenance.
- Interact with customers with warmth and efficiency to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and manage orders.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and managing food waste.
- Clean and restock dining areas and restrooms promptly.
- Cross-train in customer service and assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Strong passion for coffee and the ability to learn brewing techniques and latte art quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as required.
- Valid Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
