Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and premium coffee blends.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including espresso machines and dining spaces.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Stock supplies and ingredients to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Upsell products and suggest new seasonal beverages to increase sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service/hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- A passion for coffee culture and a desire to learn brewing techniques.
