Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Greet customers with a smile, answer questions about our menu, and handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Operate commercial espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment responsibly.
- Cross-train in front-of-house service and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
- Upsell products and suggest daily specials to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and milk texturing (Latte Art experience is a plus).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and politely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
