Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and brewed coffee.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers, answer questions about our menu, and ensure high-quality service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including regular sanitization of equipment and counters.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and performing daily opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
