Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a smile and provide a welcoming atmosphere while answering questions about our menu.
- Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages following standard recipes and health codes.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms spotless and organized at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk steaming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
