Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and seasonal specials.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a smile and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to strict cleanliness and health standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems with precision and speed.
- Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure an attractive presentation.
- Engage in upselling and promotional activities to drive store revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a genuine passion for the craft.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
