Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to established recipes.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Restock supplies (milk, beans, pastries) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Upsell products and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift boxes of supplies.
- A valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
- Enthusiasm for learning new coffee brewing techniques.
