Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to our recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and taking orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register with accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
