Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate commercial espresso machines and grinders using provided state-of-the-art equipment.
- Engage with customers to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
