Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies, following standard recipes.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate espresso machines and grinders using the top-tier equipment provided by the company.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to ensure a memorable experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment, including restocking supplies and sanitizing workstations throughout the shift.
- Inventory Management: Assist in daily inventory checks and stock organization to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with baristas and shift leads to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use POS systems and basic coffee equipment (training provided on our premium gear).
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is a must.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
