Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries, strictly adhering to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision and speed, handling cash and card transactions correctly.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe workspace, including deep cleaning of espresso machines and dining areas.
- Upsell products and engage with customers to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required.
- A strong passion for coffee and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills are required for cash handling and order accuracy.
