Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso, pour-over, frappes) following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including coffee machines and seating areas.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing payments and handling customer inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; restock as needed.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health department regulations.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as required by the service menu.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but not required as we provide training.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
